Order & Dispatch Executive – Factory

Key Responsibilities

- Receive and verify customer/sales orders.

- Prepare the daily dispatch plan based on pending orders.

- Coordinate with Production regarding order readiness.

- Coordinate with QC for product clearance before dispatch.

- Check product quantity, batch, packing and labeling.

- Prepare dispatch documents, invoices, e-way bills, etc.

- Coordinate with Warehouse and transporters for loading and dispatch.

- Maintain Order vs. Dispatch MIS in Excel.

- Track pending orders and ensure timely dispatch.

- Share daily dispatch updates with the Head Office/Sales team.

- Maintain proper records of dispatched and pending orders.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience: 1–3 years

- Experience in FMCG / Food Manufacturing / Warehouse / Dispatch preferred.

- Good MS Excel skills.

- Good coordination and follow-up skills.

- Knowledge of dispatch documentation.

- Should be comfortable working at the factory location.

- Immediate joiner preferred.

Pay: ₹11,132.05 - ₹30,563.07 per month
