Key Responsibilities

- Process and manage daily e-commerce customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timelyfulfilment.

- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatchedwithin agreed service levels.

- Arrange and monitor daily shipments through third-party logistics (3PL) providers and courierpartners.

- Track orders from dispatch to final delivery, proactively following up on delayed or exceptionshipments.

- Maintain accurate inventory and order records within the ERP/WMS system.

- Update order, shipment, tracking, and delivery information to ensure real-time visibility.

- Generate shipping labels, invoices, packing lists, and other shipping documentation.

- Monitor order processing performance and prepare reports to identify trends and opportunities forprocess improvements.





- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance fulfilment efficiency and customersatisfaction.

Required Skills

- 1-2 years of experience in Order Fulfilment, Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations, or an e-commerce environment.

- Solid understanding of the end-to-end order fulfilment and shipment lifecycle.

- Hands-on experience working with ERP systems (experience with Odoo ERP is highly preferred).

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across multipledepartments.
