Oracle Payroll consultant for a 3-6 month project starting ASAP. Looking for a offshore based consultant with no travel to the US but must be available for 40 hour work week on EST. This is for a Functional Oracle Cloud Payroll resource with implementation experience for multiple clients with set-up, configuration, functional testing, training and acceptance skills. Prefer valuable communication skills
