ROLE OVERVIEW

- We are looking for a robust Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant for a part-time job support opportunity.

- Candidates must have hands-on Oracle HCM implementation experience and should be strong in both functional and technical aspects.

- Profiles with only functional support or only technical experience will not be preferred.

MUST-HAVE TECHNICAL & FUNCTIONAL SKILLS

- Oracle HCM Core HR

- Oracle HCM Talent Management

- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

- File-Based Data Import (FDI)

- Oracle Redwood

- Oracle HCM Security

- Oracle HCM Techno-Functional expertise

- End-to-end Oracle HCM implementation experience

- Configuration and customization

- Integration development/support

- Data migration and validation





- Security configuration and troubleshooting

IMPLEMENTATION EXPERIENCE - MANDATORY

- Candidates must have hands-on end-to-end implementation experience, preferably covering:

- Oracle HCM Core HR implementation

- Oracle Talent Management implementation

- OIC-based HCM integrations

- FDI/data loading and migration

- Redwood experience

- Oracle HCM Security implementation

- Requirement gathering and solution design

- Configuration, testing and deployment

- Production support and issue resolution
