Role: Oracle Hyperion ARCS Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Implement, configure, and support Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS).

Configure Account Reconciliation, Transaction Matching, Profiles, Formats, Methods, and Reconciliation Rules.

Design and maintain reconciliation processes for Balance Sheet and Intercompany accounts.

Configure Data Integration/Data Management for loading GL and subledger data into ARCS.

Develop and maintain Transaction Matching rules, formats, match types, and automations.

Configure Workflows, preparer/reviewer assignments, security, and approval processes.

Troubleshoot reconciliation, data-load, matching, and workflow issues.

Support month-end and quarter-end close activities.

Develop reports and dashboards and provide analysis of reconciliation status and exceptions.





Work with Finance/Accounting teams to gather requirements and translate them into ARCS solutions.

Perform SIT/UAT, defect resolution, deployment, and production support.

Prepare functional and technical documentation and provide user training.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Oracle ARCS.

Valuable understanding of account reconciliation and financial close processes.

Experience with Transaction Matching and Intercompany Reconciliation.

Knowledge of Data Management/Data Integration, EPM Automate, Smart View, and REST APIs is preferred.

Strong SQL and Excel skills.

Good understanding of Oracle EPM Cloud architecture and security.

Excellent communication and client-facing
