? We’re Hiring: Oracle Fusion SCM P2P Functional Consultant – Remote

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant with solid expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) to join our team project.

? Contract Duration: 6 months (extendable)

? Work Arrangement: Remote (Work From Home)

⏰ Working Hours: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST

? Location Requirement: Must currently reside in India

⚡ Availability: Immediate joiners are preferred

? Requirements

- Minimum 7+ years of experience as an Oracle Fusion SCM Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Functional Consultant.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Cloud.
- At least 4 end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM P2P implementation projects.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud configuration and functional support.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Procurement and ERP business processes.
- Experience with PaaS solutions and reporting.
- Strong experience in business requirements gathering, analysis, and gap assessment.
- Experience in functional solution design, business process design, scenario design, and process flow mapping.
- Experience supporting system integration and data migration.
- Experience with prototyping, testing, and UAT.
- Experience conducting user training and knowledge transfer.
- Experience providing post-go-live functional support.
- Strong project documentation and implementation methodology skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deliver within deadlines.




- Strong client-facing, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working on Oracle Cloud implementation projects for large or enterprise clients.
- Knowledge of additional Oracle SCM or ERP modules is a plus.

? Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support Oracle Fusion SCM P2P Cloud implementation projects.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend functional solutions aligned with business processes.
- Design and configure Oracle Fusion SCM P2P modules based on business requirements.
- Develop functional designs, business process flows, scenarios, and solution documentation.
- Support system integration and data migration activities.
- Perform prototyping, testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Conduct user training, knowledge transfer, and functional demonstrations.
- Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot functional issues, and define support procedures.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation in accordance with the implementation methodology.
- Collaborate with technical teams on PaaS solutions, integrations, and reporting requirements.
- Manage multiple project activities and ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
