Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Helpdesk Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Helpdesk implementation, configuration, workflows, and case management.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure Oracle Fusion HCM Helpdesk solutions
- Manage case categories, workflows, SLA & escalation rules
- Support integrations with Core HR, Payroll, Absence & Perks
- Conduct UAT, troubleshooting, documentation & end-user training
• Deliver client workshops and functional best practices
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Oracle HCM Helpdesk Functional
- Hands-on knowledge of case management & workflow configuration
- Understanding of Fusion HCM integrations and reporting
• Excellent communication & client-facing skills
