We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Compensation & Core HR Application Support Manager to lead application support, enhancements, releases, upgrades, and functional delivery for Oracle Fusion HCM.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Compensation and Core HR , along with experience managing support teams, vendors, stakeholders, and end-to-end application lifecycle activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead day-to-day Oracle Fusion HCM application support , enhancements, and projects.
- Act as the SME for Oracle Fusion Compensation and Core HR , including solution design, implementation, configuration, and administration.
- Manage the complete design, build, testing, deployment, and post-production support lifecycle.
- Lead quarterly Oracle releases, upgrades, patches, configuration changes, and change-control activities.
- Manage Tier 2 support escalations , incidents, problem resolution, and ticketing processes.
- Design and manage Workforce Compensation and Individual Compensation Plans , including merit, bonus, and promotion cycles.
- Configure Compensation Eligibility Profiles, Salary Basis, Grade Ladders, Grade Rates, Compensation Hierarchies , and related compensation components.
- Support Compensation Budgeting, Workforce Modeling, and Compensation Planning .
- Provide functional expertise and consultative guidance to HR, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders.
- Manage external vendors for application support, enhancements, roadmap discussions, and escalations.
- Drive data and process governance, standardization, simplification, and continuous improvement.
- Manage team capacity, task allocation, priorities, mentoring, and resource development.
- Prepare status reports, risk/issue logs, application updates,



and escalation communications.
- Support integrations and troubleshooting across the Oracle HCM ecosystem.

Required Skills

- 12+ years of HR Technology / Application Support experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Compensation and Core HR .
- Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation, configuration, administration, and production support .

- Experience supporting quarterly Oracle releases, upgrades, patches, and enhancements .
- Strong experience managing vendors, stakeholders, and support teams .
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Robust understanding of HR, Compensation, Payroll, Finance, and enterprise business processes.
- Ability to lead teams, mentor resources, and drive continuous improvement.

Preferred Experience Experience working across additional Oracle Cloud HCM modules such as ORC, Talent Management, OLC, Compensation & Payroll , along with OTBI, BIP, Fast Formulas, and HCM integrations, will be highly valuable.
