Essential Job Functions:

FCCS & ARCS (Financial Consolidation & Reconciliation)

- Configure metadata, dimensions, security, workflows, and business rules within FCCS and ARCS.

- Develop dashboards, financial reports, and Smart View templates.

- Manage data integrations between FCCS/ARCS and financial systems (ERP, GL, etc.) using Data Management or EPM Integration Agent.

- Lead SIT and UAT testing, data migration activities, and prepare user and technical documentation.

EPM Cloud – EPBCS, EDMCS, EPCM

- Lead end-to-end implementation for EPBCS, EDMCS, and EPCM, including requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design.

- Configure applications by building data forms, dashboards, reports, business rules, and calculation scripts (Groovy, MDX).

- Manage metadata structures and dimensions for optimized performance and accuracy.

Master Data Governance (EDMCS)

- Define and manage enterprise data hierarchies and governance workflows.

- Configure applications, views, and properties to manage master data across EPM and ERP systems.

- Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across the organization.

Planning & Budgeting (EPBCS)

- Implement and support workforce, capital, and financial planning modules.

- Design and manage Essbase cubes (ASO/BSO) for optimized performance.

- Manage data loads and ensure smooth forecasting and budgeting operations.

Profitability & Cost Management (EPCM)

- Design and develop profitability and cost models.

- Build allocation rules and rulesets for product, customer, or departmental profitability analysis.





- Integrate financial and operational data to deliver strategic insights.

Integration & Automation

- Manage integrations across EPM modules and external ERP systems using Data Management, FDMEE, APIs, and EPM Automate.

- Automate recurring processes and monitor system performance for reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

- Experience Required: 5–12 Years

Required Skills

- EPM Cloud — EPBCS, EDMCS, EPCM

- EPM Cloud — ARCS, FCCS

- Scripting skills are mandatory (Groovy, Calculation scripts, MDX, or equivalent)

- Experience working with at least two of the above EPM Cloud applications
