Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Engagement Cloud (OEC) Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in Oracle CX applications including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Opportunity Management, and Case Management . The ideal candidate should possess robust functional knowledge of Oracle CX processes along with technical capabilities in configuration, extensions, integrations, and reporting.

Oracle Engagement

Cloud is commonly referred to as Oracle CX Cloud and includes Sales and Service capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and support Oracle Engagement Cloud (OEC) / Oracle CX Cloud solutions.
- Configure Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, and Activities.
- Design and implement Customer Experience (CX) business processes.
- Configure Case Management, Service Requests, and Knowledge Management.




- Develop and customize solutions using Application Composer and Page Composer.
- Build integrations with Oracle ERP, Oracle CPQ, Salesforce, and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Develop reports and dashboards using OTBI and BI Publisher.
- Gather business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and provide solution recommendations.
- Support testing, deployment, hypercare, and production support activities.
