Oracle Fusion Architect

Experience

12+ years of overall IT experience, with 7+ years of experience in Oracle ERP/Fusion Cloud, solution architecture, and enterprise integrations.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Architect to support the architecture, design, integration, and migration from legacy ERP platforms to Oracle Fusion Cloud. The candidate will work closely with business, functional, technical, data, integration, and infrastructure teams to ensure a successful and scalable ERP transformation.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in defining the target-state architecture for Oracle Fusion Cloud and the roadmap for migrating from the legacy ERP.
- Analyze existing legacy ERP functionality, customizations, integrations, data, and business processes and determine their Oracle Fusion Cloud equivalents.
- Design and support migration of end-to-end business processes including P2P, O2C, R2R, Procurement, Inventory, and Supply Chain.
- Define and oversee migration of master data, transactional data, open transactions, historical data, and configuration from the legacy ERP.
- Architect integrations between Oracle Fusion and surrounding applications such as WMS, PLM, MES, POS, e-commerce, CRM, banking, tax, and EDI platforms.
- Support data mapping, transformation, validation,



reconciliation, and migration testing activities.
- Define integration strategies for error handling, retry/reprocessing, monitoring, security, and reconciliation.
- Participate in cutover planning, mock migrations, data conversion rehearsals, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Ensure the target solution meets enterprise requirements for security, scalability, performance, availability, and maintainability.
- Work with stakeholders and implementation partners to identify technical risks, dependencies, and migration challenges.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, particularly Financials and SCM.
- Experience with Oracle EBS or other legacy ERP platforms and ERP transformation/migration.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, BICC, Business Events, and file-based integrations.
- Strong understanding of ERP business processes and integration architecture.
- Experience with data migration, data mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
- Knowledge of WMS, PLM, MES, e-commerce, POS, and EDI integrations is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, stakeholder-management, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills.
