Essential Job Functions:

- Provision and manage compute instances.

- Manage instance shapes and resource allocation.

- Perform VM start, stop, reboot, resize and lifecycle activities.

- Configure VCNs and subnets. Manage route tables, security lists and Network Security Groups.

Administer Oracle

Linux/Linux/Windows guest operating systems where in scope.

- Perform OS patching and vulnerability remediation.

- Manage users, groups, services and file systems.

- Monitor CPU, memory, disk and OS performance.

Qualifications:

- 8+ years of infrastructure/cloud experience, with solid OCI administration and hands-on Oracle Cloud@Customer experience.

- Experience with OCI Compute administration, OCI Networking, OCI IAM, OCI storage services, OCI Monitoring and Alarms Administer OCI resources deployed on Oracle Compute Cloud@Customer.
