- Experience: 8+ Years in Oracle HCM Cloud
- Seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Functional / Techno-Functional Consultant to support Oracle Cloud HCM UK Payroll implementations, enhancements, and BAU support engagements.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Oracle Cloud UK Payroll legislation, Payroll Fast Formulas, payroll business processes, statutory payroll requirements, and integrations with Core HR, Absence Management, and Oracle Time & Labor modules.
- The role requires working within Agile delivery teams while supporting UK-based stakeholders during UK business hours.

Essential Job Functions:

- Support Oracle Cloud HCM UK Payroll implementation, enhancement, and production support engagements.
- Configure and maintain Oracle Cloud UK Payroll legislation including payroll elements, balances, payroll relationships, costing, payment methods, payroll flows, interfaces, and statutory payroll processing.
- Develop and support Payroll Fast Formulas for payroll processing, statutory calculations, business validations, and complex payroll requirements.
- Participate in discovery sessions, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design discussions, and functional design reviews.
- Support payroll testing activities including SIT, UAT, reconciliation, parallel payroll runs, defect analysis, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with technical teams on HCM Extracts, Integrations, HDL/HSDL, BI Publisher Reports, OTBI Reports,



and payroll-related technical components.
- Support payroll data migration, data validation, reconciliation, mock conversions, cutover planning, deployment, go-live activities, and hypercare support.
- Work with business stakeholders to analyze business requirements and recommend payroll solutions.
- Support Agile project delivery processes and sprint activities.
- Participate in workshops, status meetings, design discussions, and issue resolution sessions.
- Support BAU operations, incident management, service requests, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assess impacts of legislative changes, business process changes, and Oracle quarterly releases on payroll configurations and processes.
- Collaborate with UK-based stakeholders during UK business hours.

Qualifications:

Required Skills & Experience

- 8+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud UK Payroll legislation and payroll business processes.
- Proven experience working as a Functional or Techno-Functional Consultant on Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, enhancements, and support engagements.
- Hands-on experience configuring Oracle Cloud UK Payroll including payroll elements, balances, payroll relationships, costing, payment methods, payroll flows, interfaces, and statutory processing.
- Hands-on experience developing and supporting Payroll Rapid Formulas.
- Strong understanding of UK payroll statutory requirements and payroll compliance processes.
- Experience supporting payroll testing, reconciliation, validation, and issue resolution activities.
- Experience supporting payroll data migration and deployment activities.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to support UK business hours and collaborate effectively with UK-based stakeholders.
