The role therefore requires practical process ownership, strong technical judgement, clear documentation and the confidence to work across business, functional,integration and development teams.

Role overview

Strateena is looking for an experienced Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise across

Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C). The candidate should combine sound functional process knowledge with hands-on technical capability and should be able to independently analyze requirements, recommend solutions, support configuration and deliver or coordinate technical components.

Experience in Oracle WMS or warehouse operations is preferred but is not mandatory.

Key responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements across Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion applications.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and translate requirements into functional and technical solution designs.
- Configure and support Oracle applications across P2P and O2C processes.
- Develop or support CEMLI components, reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions.
- Work with finance, procurement, supply chain, warehouse, sales and order-management stakeholders.
- Prepare FDDs, TDDs, MD50/MD70 documents, test scripts, deployment documents and user guides.
- Support unit testing, SIT, UAT, regression testing, cutover, go-live and hypercare.
- Troubleshoot transactions, concurrent programs, scheduled processes and integrations.
- Perform root-cause analysis and recommend durable corrective and preventive actions.
- Communicate progress, risks,

P2P functional scope The candidate should understand the complete Supplier -> Requisition -> Purchase Order -> Receipt -> Invoice -> Payment ->

Accounting lifecycle.

- Supplier and supplier-site management; sourcing, RFQ and quotations.
- Purchase requisitions, standard and blanket purchase orders, approvals and change orders.
- Receiving, GRN, inspection, corrections and returns to vendor.
- Two-way and three-way invoice matching, holds and exception resolution.
- Accounts Payable invoices, prepayments, credit/debit memos, taxes and payments.
- Procurement and AP accounting, period-close support and reconciliation.
- Purchasing, receiving, supplier and AP interfaces with third-party platforms.

Relevant P2P modules

Oracle Purchasing, Payables, Procurement Cloud, Self Service Procurement, Supplier Portal, Receiving and Inventory Management.

O2C functional scope The candidate should understand the complete Customer -> Sales Order -> Pick -> Ship -> Invoice -> Receipt -> Accounting lifecycle.

- Customer and customer-site master data.
- Sales orders, order types, pricing, price lists, discounts and holds.
- Credit management and inventory availability.
- Pick release, delivery management, shipping and ship confirmation.
- AutoInvoice, Accounts Receivable transactions, receipts, adjustments and credit memos.
- Revenue and receivables accounting, period close and reconciliation.
- Order, shipping, invoice and receipt interfaces with third-party systems.

Relevant O2C modules

Oracle Order Management, Pricing, Shipping Execution, Inventory, Fusion Order Management and Receivables Cloud.

Technical capabilities

- SQL and PL/SQL: packages, procedures, functions, triggers, exception handling and performance tuning.
- Oracle EBS standard APIs, open interfaces, interface tables and concurrent programs.
- Flexfields, value sets, lookups,



profiles, workflows and approvals.
- XML Publisher / BI Publisher reports; working knowledge of Oracle Forms and Reports.
- Data conversions, staging, validation, reconciliation and restartable error handling.
- Fusion FBDI, ADFdi, REST APIs, SOAP services, ESS jobs and business events.
- OTBI, BI Publisher and BICC exposure for reporting and extraction.
- Oracle Integration Cloud and SFTP/file-based integration experience is desirable.

Oracle Fusion expectations

- Hands-on implementation or support exposure in Financials -GL, Payables, Inventory, Or Receivables.
- Comfort with Functional Setup Manager, enterprise structures, roles and security concepts.
- Ability to load and troubleshoot data using FBDI/ADFdi and scheduled processes.
- Ability to consume or troubleshoot REST/SOAP integrations and support OIC flows.

WMS / Inventory - preferred, not mandatory
- Warehouse organizations, subinventories, locators and material status.
- Receiving, putaway, move orders, picking, packing and shipping.
- LPN management, mobile transactions and wave-based operations.
- Lot/serial control, cycle counts, physical inventory and material transfers.
- Integration of warehouse processes with inventory and order management.

Required qualifications

- 6-12 years of Oracle Applications experience.
- Solid Oracle EBS R12 experience and practical Oracle Fusion Cloud exposure.
- Strong P2P and O2C process knowledge with a genuine techno-functional orientation.
- Hands-on SQL/PLSQL and experience with interfaces, APIs and reporting.
- Experience preparing solution/design documents and supporting SIT, UAT and production deployment.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication and customer-facing skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification; Oracle certification is advantageous.

Ideal candidate The ideal candidate can take a P2P or O2C requirement from discovery through production: understand the business process,

identify Oracle objects and configuration, define mappings, recommend APIs/FBDI/interfaces, prepare the solution design, guide or complete development, validate accounting and reconciliation, support testing and stabilize the deployment.

Candidates from PUNE/BENGALURU/MUMBAI preferred.
