Role & responsibilities

- Strong experience in hiring OPT candidates from Job portals, universities, and networks, and a prior database of OPT candidates.
- Strong convincing skills.
- Recruiting US Citizens, Green Card holders, H1B and EADs.
- Coordinating the entire recruitment process till the consultant is onboarding.
- Should possess good knowledge of various technologies in the market.
- Need to have excellent knowledge of Tax terms like C2C, W2, and 1099.
- Ability to meet the targets on a regular basis.
- Need to maintain a good relationship with team members as well as consultants.
- Address the consulting needs of a major client account.
- Maintaining a good database.
- Knowledge of Top Marketing Technologies
- Capable of Coordinating technologies training
- Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience of Talent Acquisition especially in OPT Recruiting
- Must be able to improve the student networking and help the students understand about the training and placement program.
- Should have proper understanding of visa status like OPT,



H1B and GC etc.
- Valuable understanding and ability to pool student contacts through USA Job Portals and social networking.
- Knowledge using any ATS-Applicant Tracking System. Well-Versed with USA Geography Act as a liaison between candidate and management.
- Understanding of Niche IT skills in market and must be able to educate students.
- Excellent communication skills, time management skills and negotiation skills
- Recruiting OPT/CPT consultants from Job portals such as Dice, Indeed, Resume bank, etc., universities and network, LinkedIn, prior database of OPT candidates.
- Posting advertisements on university sites and on various job portals
- Postings for W-2 Hiring and IT Training.
- Screening the resumes for suitable positions as per Client requirements.
- Maintaining a separate database for prospective leads.
- Making calls/following up with candidates.
