Superintendent - Operations CSD &

- Ancillaries Responsibilities Operational Management: Optimize support craft deployment, monitor O&M; activities, and oversee installation, testing, maintenance, and repair of assigned equipment.

Equipment Maintenance: Manage material requisitions, coordinate supply, monitor inventory, support RCA and CAPA implementation, develop maintenance procedures, and ensure adherence to schedules to prolong equipment lifespan and minimize failures.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain technical drawings, ensure compliance with regulations, and complete required documentation and certifications on time.

Quality Assurance: Develop and implement RCA and CAPA procedures, monitor adherence to schedules, and take corrective actions to maintain efficiency and compliance.

Budget Control: Manage and optimize budgets for CSD asset maintenance and projects and contribute to policy development for asset management. Health &
