Key Responsibilities

- Marketing & Events: Assist in planning, organizing, and executing promotional events; distribute marketing collateral

- Digital & Social Media: Monitor social media platforms for trends, track competitor digital content, and support promotional campaigns (social media, direct mail, web)

- Inventory & Retail Operations: Track stock, manage RFID/barcoding systems, process orders, and handle billing for Yarn Story products across Indian stores

- Administrative & Systems Support: Maintain CRM databases, build detailed promotional presentations, and support general store operations

Qualifications

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM tools

- Solid understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies

- Solid multitasking, organizational, and proactive problem-solving skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

- Prior experience in content creation or retail operations is a strong plus
