Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the delivery of IT services to clients, ensuring timely and within budget completion of projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
- Oversee program governance, risk management, vendor evaluation, system migration, executive reporting, and vendor management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Job Requirements :
- 15-20 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality results through effective leadership and team management.
- Robust understanding of Program Governance, Risk Management, Executive Reporting, System Migration, Vendor Evaluation, and Vendor Management best practices.
