We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with a robust F&B; background to manage and drive day-to-day operations across our Dandeli and Thrissur locations.
The ideal candidate should be a hands-on leader with strong expertise in F&B; operations, team management, cost control, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Manage overall day-to-day operations across both locations.
Lead F&B; operations, including restaurant, kitchen, service, and events.
Drive F&B; revenue, profitability, and service standards.
Monitor and control food cost, beverage cost, wastage, and inventory.
Manage manpower, staff performance, training, and shift planning.
Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, service, and guest experience.
Manage vendors, procurement, and operational expenses.
Track key operational and financial KPIs and report performance to management.
Identify operational gaps and implement effective SOPs and process improvements.

Experience managing teams and high-volume operations.
Multi-outlet or multi-location experience will be an advantage.
Willingness to travel and work across Dandeli and Thrissur as required.
Strong F&B; background is mandatory.
