Sangi's is a growing food brand based in Mumbai. We make and sell gourmet food products such as pickles, condiments, sauces and other pantry products , inspired by flavours from around the world.

Our products are sold through retail stores, Amazon, our own website and quick-commerce platforms . We are also regularly developing and launching new products.

Role Description

We are looking for a Junior Operations Manager to manage the day-to-day running of our supply and production activities. You will work closely with Sales and Production to plan how much we need to make, arrange the required materials, keep track of stock and make sure products reach our different sales channels on time. The role involves working with suppliers, manufacturers, production teams, warehouses and sales channels

. We are looking for someone who is organised, comfortable with numbers and good at following up and getting things done.

Responsibilities

- Plan production and stock requirements with the Sales and Production teams.
- Keep track of purchase orders, pending orders and materials/products on the way .




- Manage sourcing and purchase of raw materials and packaging .
- Help with costing and sourcing for new products .
- Keep track of stock levels and plan when products need to be made or reordered.
- Regularly coordinate with our retail and online partners to understand their stock requirements and arrange supplies.
- Coordinate product deliveries across retail, Amazon, D2C and quick commerce .
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, production and stock.
- Identify problems in the supply process and make sure they are resolved quickly.

Qualifications
- 3–4 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, FMCG, Food or Consumer businesses.
- Experience managing stock, purchasing and production .
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
- Positive communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented.
- Good problem-solving and execution skills.
- Experience with retail, e-commerce or quick commerce is a plus.
