Role Description The Operations Manager is a full-time, in office role located in Lucknow, responsible for overseeing daily operations across banquet and accommodation services. This role includes managing staff schedules, supervising front-of-house and back-of-house activities, and ensuring smooth execution of events and guest stays.

The Operations

Manager monitors service standards, coordinates with vendors and suppliers, manages inventory and maintenance needs, and helps resolve operational issues promptly. The role also involves tracking operational performance, supporting budgeting and cost control, maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory requirements,



and collaborating with leadership to improve processes and guest experience.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in operations management within hospitality, events, or related sectors.
- Strong skills in team leadership, staff supervision, and cross-functional coordination.
- Ability to manage scheduling, resource allocation, and day-to-day operational workflows.
- Competence in vendor management, inventory control, and basic budgeting or cost tracking.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Understanding of customer service standards and guest experience best practices.
- Familiarity with safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements in hospitality environments.
- Proficiency with common office software and willingness to learn property or event management systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by events and guest needs.
