Job Purpose:

To ensure smooth and effective operations across all assigned client sites, maintain required manpower, ensure client satisfaction, monitor site performance, resolve operational issues, and ensure compliance with company processes and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manpower Management
- Ensure 100% manpower deployment at all assigned sites without shortage.
- Monitor vacancies, absenteeism, replacements and deployment of guards.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team for timely manpower requirements.
- Ensure new employees meet client requirements and document criteria before being sent for client interviews.
- Site Operations & Monitoring
- Regularly visit all assigned sites to monitor operational activities and service quality.
- Meet guards at assigned sites to understand and resolve their grievances.
- Monitor day-to-day site discrepancies and take timely corrective action.
- Ensure proper deployment, discipline, grooming and performance of security personnel.
- Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong professional relationships with all assigned clients.
- Meet A+ category clients once every fortnight and A & below category clients once every month.
- Address client concerns and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
- Discuss site performance, manpower, attendance and service-related matters during client visits.
- Quality & Audit Compliance
- Follow up with Area Officers on all QC audit observations.
- Ensure audit points are properly addressed and closed within 72 hours.
- Monitor recurring audit observations and take preventive action.
- Leadership & Team Management
- Guide and supervise Area Officers for effective site operations.




- Review the performance of Area Officers and provide necessary guidance.
- Ensure proper communication and coordination between the field team and office.
- Attendance & Reporting
- Follow up with Area Officers to ensure approved site attendance reaches the office before the 5th of every month.
- Ensure daily zone shift reports and other required operational reports are submitted on time.
- Monitor attendance discrepancies and ensure timely correction.
- Billing & Payment Coordination
- Follow up with Zone Officers to ensure all billing documents, invoices and related documents are submitted within timelines.
- Coordinate with the billing/accounts team for operational billing requirements.
- Follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments, wherever required.
- Candidate Screening & Deployment
- Scrutinize recent candidates before deployment/interview.
- Brief candidates regarding client-specific requirements, duties, grooming and interview expectations.
- Ensure only eligible and suitable candidates are forwarded for client selection.
- Issue Resolution
- Resolve operational issues received through email, phone or physical communication.
- Take immediate corrective action on client complaints, manpower issues, guard grievances and site discrepancies.
- Escalate critical matters to senior management whenever required.
- Overall Operational Accountability
- Ensure smooth functioning of all assigned sites within the area.
- Ensure company policies, SOPs and client-specific instructions are followed at all sites.
- Maintain proper coordination between clients, guards, Area Officers, Zone recruitment, billing and management.
- Take ownership of operational performance and ensure continuous improvement in service quality.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
