Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee daily business activities, optimize workflows, and manage cross-functional teams at our Vasai East facility. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operational processes, monitor performance metrics, maintain quality control, and drive efficiency across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Daily Operations: Oversee day-to-day administrative, logistical, and operational activities to ensure seamless execution.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in current workflows and implement scalable standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and manage staff to maintain high productivity, discipline, and performance.
- Resource & Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, supply chain schedules, and resource allocation to minimize downtime and control costs.
- Vendor & Client Coordination: Manage relationships with external suppliers, service providers, and key clients.
- Reporting & Compliance:



Track operational KPIs, prepare weekly/monthly performance reports, and ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 3–6+ years of experience in operations management, floor supervision, or facility management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, team management, and time-management capabilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP/CRM or inventory tracking software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi, and local language preferred).
- Location: Candidates residing in or near Vasai, Nallasopara, or Virar preferred for quick commute.
