Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, improve operational efficiency, manage teams, and ensure that organizational goals are achieved. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee day-to-day business operations.

- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and processes.

- Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Lead, supervise, and motivate employees to achieve performance targets.

- Prepare and monitor budgets, operational costs, and resource allocation.

- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.

- Monitor inventory, supplies, equipment, and other operational resources as applicable.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and applicable regulations.

- Identify operational risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.

- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular management reports.

- Handle operational issues, resolve conflicts, and ensure timely problem resolution.

- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management activities.

- Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.





- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce costs.

- Support senior management in strategic planning and business development initiatives.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

- 3–7 years of relevant experience in operations or management.

- Proven experience managing teams and business processes.

- Robust knowledge of operational planning, budgeting, and performance management.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and reporting tools.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
