Hotel Sonar Bangla Group is seeking an Operations Manager to support the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of the hotel. The role will involve coordinating with different departments, maintaining service standards, supporting the hotel team, and ensuring a positive guest experience.

The successful candidate will be organized, customer-focused, and capable of leading teams while managing daily operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily hotel operations and coordinate activities across departments.
- Work closely with department heads to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery.
- Maintain consistent standards for guest service, cleanliness, safety, and hospitality.
- Monitor daily operations and address issues promptly and professionally.
- Respond to guest feedback and coordinate appropriate resolutions.
- Support staff scheduling, training, performance, and day-to-day team requirements.
- Ensure company policies, operating procedures, and service standards are followed.
- Monitor operational expenses and support effective cost management.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, food and beverage, maintenance, and other relevant departments.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest areas and operational facilities.




- Maintain appropriate operational records and prepare reports for management.
- Coordinate with suppliers and service providers when required.
- Support management in implementing initiatives to improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Ensure relevant health, safety, and security procedures are followed.

Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality operations.
- Experience managing or supervising a hotel operations team is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple operational priorities.
- Customer-focused approach with skilled conduct.
- Basic knowledge of hotel PMS and Microsoft Office applications is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,381.73 - ₹58,743.89 per month
