Operations Executive (Checker) role focusing on onboarding, KYC procedures in Banking / NBFC sector, data management, training, and process development.

Responsibilities

- Ensure thorough checking of Customer Onboarding, KYC procedures in Banking / NBFC sector.

- Ensure awareness of Customer Onboarding documents, KYC procedures.

- Timely management of data and thorough excel presentation as and when required.

- Ability to achieve the set target to meet business requirements.

- Ability to manage inter function coordination.

- Train & developed a comprehensive training program to help team members to quickly integrate.

- Should be able to have a keen eye on process development & refining.

- Taking care of end-to-end onboarding process of clients.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate (Commerce, Economics, Science,



Engineering) & MBA/Post Graduate in Finance/Operations

- Minimum 3-5 Years experience in Banking/ NBFC / Insurance sector Operations domain and ready to take on edgy startup for a speedy career growth.

- Linguistic Talent - English & Hindi

- Valuable communication skills, email writing, well conversant with MS Excel.
