Operations The Event Operations executive executes events while ensuring that all logistic requirements are carried out according to the event plans. He/she will be managing the event plans and will work closely with the other departments to make sure that all the operational requirements of the events are fulfilled.

Collaborate internally with various stakeholders

Manage the execution of event logistics plans to support project plans

Lead negotiations with Vendors

●

Conducting a recce and preparing layouts

●

Manage escalated in office issues

●

Review vendors based on quotations obtained for provisions of goods and services

●

Review vendors' project deliverables to ensure quality standards
