We are looking for an experienced City Operations Head to manage and supervise our municipal/SWM operations across Faridabad.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations and field teams
- Monitor manpower, supervisors, vehicles & machinery deployment
- Ensure attendance, GPS tracking and daily work compliance
- Coordinate with Municipal Corporation officials and site managers
- Ensure work is executed as per tender/contract requirements
- Monitor performance, resolve ground-level issues and avoid penalties
- Submit daily operational reports to Head Office
- Ensure discipline, productivity and smooth execution across all sites
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Operations / Municipal Contracts / SWM / Facility Management / Infrastructure preferred
- Strong team and field management skills
- Valuable communication and government department coordination skills
- Must be comfortable with extensive field work
- Candidates from Faridabad/NCR preferred
Position: City Operations Head – Faridabad
Salary: Best in the industry / Based on experience
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
