Vedic Bodhi is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Intern to join our team and work closely with our Bodhi Store vertical.

Bodhi Store is our e-commerce platform offering astrology-related products and remedies. In this role, you’ll work with warm leads generated through our astrologers and play an important role in converting interested users into customers.

What will you do?

- Follow up with users who have been assigned/recommended products by our astrologers.
- Connect with users through calls and messages to understand their requirements and purchase intent.
- Answer basic product-related queries and guide users through the purchase journey.
- Handle customer objections around pricing, trust, timing, or product requirements.
- Consistently follow up with interested users and drive conversions.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with astrologers and internal teams wherever required.
- Track leads, conversions, and overall sales performance.
- Share customer feedback and common reasons for non-conversion with the team.

- Confident and comfortable speaking to customers over calls
- Persuasive but not pushy
- Good at building rapport and understanding customer needs
- Persistent with follow-ups and comfortable handling rejection
- Proactive and capable of taking ownership of assigned leads
- A quick learner with strong communication skills
- Interested in sales, business development, or e-commerce

Prior sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory. We value the right attitude, communication skills, and sales mindset.
