Vedricx Global is looking for a confident, leadership-driven Operations Intern who wants real exposure to business operations, sales, marketing, and team management.
You will work directly with the CEO / Founder and help different departments achieve their targets.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, HR & other teams.
- Track and manage team KPIs and targets .
- Follow up with team members and ensure timely target completion.
- Push and motivate teams to improve performance.
- Identify performance gaps and help solve operational issues.
- Assist in building processes, SOPs, and performance systems.
- Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and projects.
