Role Summary: Your job is to connect with Schools, Colleges, Language Schools, Polytechnics and other institutions and arrange follow up meetings for the BD and Study Abroad Counselling team.

Key Responsibilities

- Tele-calling to Nursing Colleges, Nursing Institutes, Hospitals, Polytechnics, Language Schools, B2B agents, general Schools,



Colleges and Universities• Email communication and enquiry generation.• Collection of interested College• Qualify leads and book counselling appointments for BD team and senior counsellors.• Maintain accurate records of every interaction in the CRM/tracker and follow up consistently.• Share basic, accurate information on destinations, courses, timelines and processes (with training and support provided).• Meet weekly and monthly targets for calls, connects and appointments booked.• Coordinate with counsellors and the operations team to ensure a smooth student experience.

Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English — clear, confident and professional. Comfort in Hindi• Experience in the study-abroad / overseas education • Strong phone presence — patient, persuasive and a genuinely good listener.• Comfortable with follow-ups, targets and using a CRM or lead-tracking system.
