Role Description The Operations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth functioning of the jewelry business. This role includes coordinating order processing, inventory tracking, and logistics to meet delivery timelines and maintain product availability.

The Operations

Executive will monitor workflows, identify process bottlenecks, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and quality. Daily tasks include communicating with cross-functional teams such as production, customer support, and sales, maintaining accurate records,



preparing reports, and supporting compliance with internal policies and standards. The role requires proactive problem-solving and consistent follow-up to ensure operational goals are met.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Operations and Operations Management skills to oversee daily workflows, inventory, and logistics.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with teams and manage internal and external stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in retail, e-commerce, or jewelry operations is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Excel or similar tools and familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
