We are looking for proactive Operations Executive Sales to support the sales team in managing day-to-day sales operations, order processing, customer coordination, documentation, MIS and inter-departmental coordination.

Roles & Responsibilties

Customer Coordination

- Coordinate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules and other routine requirements.
- Respond to customer queries and coordinate internally for resolution.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure timely fulfilment of customer commitments.

MIS & Reporting

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and operations reports.
- Maintain sales order, pending order, dispatch and customer follow-up trackers.
- Monitor sales data and highlight pending or delayed activities to the concerned team.
- Ensure timely submission of required reports to management.

ERP / Odoo Operations

- Enter and update sales orders and related information in Odoo.
- Maintain accurate customer and order-related data.
- Coordinate with relevant departments for ERP-related discrepancies.




- Ensure proper documentation and data accuracy in the system.

Coordination & Follow-up

- Coordinate closely with Sales Executives, Sales Coordinators, Accounts, Stores, Logistics and factory & other departments.
- Follow up on pending payments, dispatches, documents and customer requirements wherever required.
- Escalate delays, discrepancies or operational issues to the reporting manager.

Qualification & Requirement

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel, Word & gmail.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and order management.
- Experience with ERP/Odoo/SAP/Tally will be an advantage..
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience

- 1-3 years of experience in Sales Operations / Sales Coordination / Order Processing / Sales Support / Back Office Operations.
- Experience in a manufacturing, trading or B2B environment will be an added advantage.
