Job Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day courier and logistics operations.

- Coordinate pickup, delivery, dispatch, and shipment activities.

- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.

- Coordinate with delivery executives, drivers, customers, and internal teams.

- Handle customer queries and resolve delivery-related issues.

- Prepare and maintain operational reports, MIS, and shipment records.

- Monitor shipment status and follow up on delayed or undelivered shipments.

- Coordinate with hubs, branches, transporters, and logistics partners.

- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures.

- Support the operations team in improving delivery efficiency and service quality.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in Courier, Logistics,



Transportation, or Supply Chain operations.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and operational reporting.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

- Candidates with experience in courier/logistics operations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
