Role & responsibilities:

Canada Export Bookings for Eagle Trans Group

Placing bookings with shipping lines'

Resolve issues with customers and lines

Sharing Booking confirmation with Customers

Bookings Amendments

Dealing with Detention and Demurrage dispute cases

Handling emails efficiently

Build and enhance customer relationship

Coordinating closely with internal teams - Sales, Documentation and Accounts

Preferred candidate profile

Job is permanent night shift (6pm to 3am/7pm to 4am during daylight saving and may involve 8pm to 5am Vancouver shift) - All times in IST

Experience of working in Bookings and Operations' role - North America will be preferred , however, experience of other geographies will also be considered

Excellent Communication skills

Immediate joiners will be given preference
