Role Overview

We are hiring a Remote Operations & Research Coordinator who can work independently, think critically, and execute without constant supervision.

This role is heavily focused on research, data accuracy, and execution speed.



You will be responsible for finding, verifying, and organizing information that directly supports business operations.

This is not a basic admin role.

We are looking for someone who can figure things out and deliver results without hand-holding.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct high-quality research (lead generation, company data, vendor sourcing)
- Identify and verify accurate business information e=iciently
- Prepare structured reports from raw data (incident reports, summaries)
- Draft explicit and professional email communication
- Track tasks and follow up independently
- Maintain clean and organized data (Excel / Google Sheets)Core Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Strong written English (clear, professional, concise)
- Strong research ability (must be able to find accurate data quickly)
- Ability to work independently without constant guidance
- High attention to detail and structured thinking
