Role & responsibilities

- Overlook day to day running of store operations across Mumbai city

- Responsible for the smooth functioning of the stores

- Ensure good display & regular replenishment of goods

- Managing counter sales team, motivating and training them to perform better

- Conduct marketing and sales promotional activities for business development

- Inventory management and stock control

- Implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and new operational procedures.
