Position: Operations Associate

Primary Roles and Responsibilities

As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for coordinating closely with different teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You should communicate effectively with internal teams, service professionals, and management to ensure that customer orders are handled efficiently and on time.

Your role will involve the following key responsibilities:

•Manage and coordinate day-to-day operations

- Manage customers and ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Coordinate with service professionals and internal teams
- Monitor and manage customer orders and bookings




- Prepare daily operational reports and present reports to the management team
- Maintain and regularly update accounts-related records
- Update Google Sheets and CRM on a regular basis
- Ensure all customer and order information is accurate and up to date
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and operational escalations
- Track service performance and ensure timely service delivery
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth business operations

Requirements

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Strong problem-solving and organisational abilities

Good knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, and CRM systems

Ability to manage multiple tasks and customers simultaneously

Attention to detail and strong reporting skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Previous experience in operations or customer service will be an added advantage
