We are looking for a responsible and active person to support the day-to-day operations of our online clothing business.

Manage daily customer orders and update order details.

Pick up products from the office/store and deliver them safely to customers.

Assist customers during product trials and collect returned or rejected products.

Collect cash or confirm online payment at the time of delivery.

Maintain proper records of orders, deliveries, payments, returns and inventory.

Coordinate with the owner and other team members regarding order status.

Handle products carefully and ensure timely delivery.

Support packing, stock checking and other daily operational activities.

Provide polite and qualified customer service.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum qualification: 10th or 12th pass.

Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Maps and online payments.

Honest, responsible, punctual and well-mannered.

Comfortable handling both office operations and field deliveries
