New York Burrito Company is a fast growing Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brand known for fresh, authentic Mexican-inspired cuisine with a 100% vegetarian menu. We currently operate across South Mumbai, Central Mumbai & Western Suburbs and are expanding our operations.

We are looking for an experienced and agile Operational Head – QSR Operations to lead and manage our multi-unit restaurant operations across Mumbai Metropolitan Region and Thane.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and manage day-to-day operations across all restaurant locations and ensure adherence to SOPs and operational standards.

· Manage store-level P&L;, COGS, labour cost, wastage and overall profitability/EBITDA.

· Monitor sales, operational KPIs, productivity and store performance, and drive corrective actions.

· Increase sales by upselling selected items and help reduce near-expiry stock through timely promotions

· Monitor operational KPIs including order preparation time, order accuracy, daily sales, average

· Focusing on KOT, preparation time, order accuracy, cancellations and customer ratings.

· Ensure high standards of guest experience, service quality, food safety, hygiene and FSSAI compliance.

· Oversee inventory, food cost, portion control and wastage management across all locations.

· Coordinate with Central Kitchen,



Procurement and Supply Chain teams for smooth operations.

· Lead, train and develop Store Managers, Shift Leads and operational teams.

· Support new store openings, manpower planning and operational expansion.

· Work closely with Management and cross-functional teams to drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Candidate Profile

· 8–10 years of experience in QSR, restaurant or multi-unit operations.

· Proven experience managing multiple outlets and high-volume operations.

· Strong understanding of P&L;, EBITDA, COGS, labour cost, food cost and wastage control.

· Good knowledge Manage aggregator

· POS systems and operational KPIs.

· order value (AOV), acceptance/cancellation rate, customer ratings, and food wastage

· Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and team-management skills.

· Knowledge of FSSAI, food safety, hygiene and audit standards.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth QSR environment.

· Degree/Diploma in Hospitality/Hotel Management preferred; MBA will be an advantage.
