Role Description The Operational Intern will support the day-to-day coordination and execution of travel operations for TalesByDora. This full-time, on-site role is based in Ghaziabad and involves assisting with booking management, tour scheduling, vendor and partner coordination, and maintaining accurate records of client itineraries.

The intern will help streamline internal processes, ensure smooth communication between the travel experts and clients, and assist in preparing trip documentation and reports. The role may also include responding to customer inquiries, monitoring logistics for ongoing tours, and supporting the team in improving operational efficiency.

- Candidates should possess robust organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple itineraries, tasks, and deadlines efficiently.
- Candidates should possess clear written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal team members.
- Candidates should possess basic data entry, documentation, and MS Office or Google Workspace skills to maintain accurate operational records.
- Candidates should possess problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills to identify issues in itineraries, logistics, or bookings and support timely resolutions.
- Candidates should possess customer service orientation, with a professional and courteous approach when interacting with travelers and partners.
- Ability to work on-site in Ghaziabad full time, collaborate in a team environment, and adapt to a fast-paced travel operations setting.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in travel and tourism, business, operations management, or a related field is preferred.
- Interest in the travel industry and basic knowledge of domestic and international destinations will be considered an advantage.
