Key Responsibilities

· Plan and coordinate end-to-end robot deployment activities across client and mall locations.

· Coordinate with logistics teams for timely dispatch, transportation, delivery, and installation of robots/equipment.

· Prepare and maintain deployment documentation including E-Way Bills, challans, delivery notes, gate passes, installation reports, asset transfer notes, and client acknowledgements.

· Coordinate with mall authorities, facility management, security teams, and client representatives for permissions, access, deployment schedules, and operational requirements.

· Ensure all required NOCs, approvals, access permissions, and site information are available before deployment.

· Coordinate pre-deployment activities including site readiness, mapping requirements, manpower availability, logistics planning, and deployment schedules.

· Ensure robots are dispatched only after required hardware, and software checks are completed.

· Coordinate with technical and field teams during robot installation, mapping, commissioning, and handover.

· Maintain real-time records of robot movement, deployment status, asset allocation, and inventory.

· Monitor deployment progress and proactively identify delays, bottlenecks, and operational risks.

· Ensure deployment activities are executed strictly according to company SOPs.

· Coordinate with internal teams for troubleshooting hardware, software, logistics, and site-related issues.

· Maintain daily deployment trackers, progress reports, issue trackers, and escalation reports.

· Conduct post-deployment follow-ups and ensure all documentation and handover activities are completed.

· Coordinate with Operations, Technical, Logistics, Product, and other cross-functional teams for smooth execution.





· Support on-ground operations and travel to deployment locations whenever required.

· Escalate critical issues with complete context and practical recommendations for resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· 2–3 years of experience in Operations, Deployment, Logistics, Field Execution, Project Coordination, or similar roles.

· Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.

· Experience handling operational and logistics documentation.

· Strong knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and operational trackers.

· Ability to manage multiple activities and stakeholders simultaneously.

· Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

· Valuable written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to coordinate with mall authorities, clients, vendors, logistics teams, and field engineers.

· Strong ownership and follow-up skills.

· Ability to work under tight timelines and handle time-sensitive deployment activities.

· Willingness to travel for deployment and operational requirements.

· Ability to strictly follow and enforce SOPs.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

· Experience in robotics, automation, technology deployment, electronics, or similar industries.

· Experience working with malls, commercial properties, retail environments, or large enterprise clients.

· Knowledge of asset management and inventory tracking.

· Experience with ERP, CRM, project management, or inventory management systems.

· MBA in Operations / Supply Chain / Project Management.

· Basic understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting.

Educational Qualification

· B.E./B.Tech – Mandatory

· MBA in Operations / Supply Chain / Project Management – Preferred.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
