Roles & Responsibilities:

- Maintaining OT Sterilization, Assisting for Surgery

- OT Cleaning and Fumigation as per the Protocol.

- Co-ordinate with Counsellor and Centre head to Prepare the OT schedule and the Anesthetist requirement,

- Maintaining Stock (IOL, consumable, instruments and equipment)

- Guiding the Other OT Staff for following the Process and Protocol.

- Ensure all Operation Theater Registers are maintained per protocol. (IOL Register, OT Consumables, Material Inward Register, Surgery Register, Sterilization Register, etc.,)

- EMR & IDEAMED to be updated as per the Protocol.

- OT culture to be followed strictly, and updated as per the Protocol.

- Identify the lacking in OT infrastructure, Equipment and report the same to Adverse Events Committee (AEC).

- Responsible for all the above process and they will be one point of contact for all the communication regarding the OT.
