PestoCop Pest Management is a growing pest control service company providing professional pest management solutions to residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, and institutional clients.

We are looking for an Operations Executive who can effectively manage day-to-day service operations, coordinate technicians, ensure timely customer service, and maintain high service-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate daily pest control service operations.
- Schedule and allocate service jobs to pest control technicians.
- Coordinate with customers regarding service schedules, visits, and requirements.
- Ensure technicians reach customer locations on time.
- Monitor daily service completion and pending jobs.
- Coordinate initial, recurring, and complaint service visits.
- Maintain service schedules and technician attendance.
- Follow up with technicians for job completion reports, service sheets, and required documentation.




- Handle customer queries and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.
- Monitor customer complaints and ensure timely closure.
- Coordinate with the Sales team for new customer onboarding and service commencement.
- Ensure technicians follow the company's SOPs, safety procedures, and service protocols.
- Track chemical/material requirements and coordinate with the concerned team for availability.
- Maintain accurate records of service visits, complaints, cancellations, rescheduling, and pending jobs.
- Prepare daily and weekly operational reports for management.
- Monitor technician productivity and service performance.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure service satisfaction.
- Identify operational issues and take corrective action promptly.
- Support management in improving service quality, customer retention, and operational efficiency.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
