Operations Executive

Location: Okhla NSIC, New Delhi

As the Operations Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations in your assigned city, ensuring smooth execution of services, optimizing processes, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, team management, and hands-on execution to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Appointments scheduling / Assignment to the therapist on time
- All these KRAs are Fully owned by the Senior Most Employee at the store be it Store manager or Deputy store manager
- Morning Briefings with the therapist on Previous day's Performances/ On going grievances/ Grooming and Miscellaneous problems
- These Responsibilities are of End to End
- Cash collection and Submission on daily basis with Zero delta
- All the Performance review will be done on quarter basis apart from the daily operation review
- Machine Health and Timely maintenance / Flagging if any breakdown




- Responsible for Higher ratings captured at the Store orders
- Responsible for ON time and cancellation of Store's appointments.
- Responsible for reducing rescheduling.
- Reducing overall Complaints and lower ratings.
- Responsible for handling Petty cash / Roaster Management and controlling cab expenses.
- Managing Roasters for therapists and Other store Employees.
- Controlling absenteeism in Therapists and Store Employees .
- Managing Store Level Data, Documentation and Communication.

Requirements:

- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant experience can apply.

Job Location: Okhla NSIC, New Delhi Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
