TCS is hiring for Network Engineer (Meraki) Position.

Face to Face interview : Chennai / Pune / Kochi Location.

Interview date : 09 -Sep-26

Experience : 4 years to 12 Years

- Design, deploy, configure, and manage Cisco Meraki network solutions.
- Administer the Meraki Dashboard including templates, policies, monitoring, and reporting.
- Implement and support Meraki SD-WAN environments.
- Configure and troubleshoot routing, switching, wireless, VPN, and security services.
- Monitor network performance and proactively identify potential issues.
- Perform firmware upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management of network devices.
- Provide L2/L3 support for network incidents and service requests.




- Conduct root cause analysis for major network outages.
- Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during migrations and infrastructure upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with security and operational standards.

- Ability to handle critical incidents and escalations.
- Excellent customer communication and stakeholder management.
- Experience in enterprise-scale network operations.
- Ability to work independently in a 24x7 support setting when required.
