Job Title: IT Project Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Project Coordinator to support project planning, execution, and delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in project documentation (including presentations), Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas), IT budgeting, and excellent communication skills to coordinate across teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist Project Managers in planning, executing, and closing IT projects.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations (PowerPoint).
- Create and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Manage project data using Excel, including advanced formulas, reporting, and dashboards.
- Support IT budgeting activities, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders for smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and escalate risks or delays proactively.
- Schedule and organize meetings, prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and follow up on action items.
- Ensure all project documentation is updated and compliant with standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in IT project coordination or similar role.
- Robust knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for professional presentations.
- Basic understanding of IT project lifecycle and methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
- Experience in IT budget tracking and cost management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, etc.).
- Basic understanding of cloud or infrastructure projects.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM) is a plus.
