We are hiring for a Lead React Developer to join our engineering team and work on modern, scalable web applications.

Role: Lead React Developer

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable applications using React.js.
- Build reusable, high-performance UI components and frontend architectures.
- Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and mentor developers.
- Collaborate with Product, UI/UX, Backend, and other stakeholders.
- Work with React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, Redux/Redux Toolkit, REST APIs, and modern frontend technologies.
- Drive frontend best practices, performance optimization, and technical improvements.
- Participate in architecture discussions, technical planning, Agile ceremonies, and production releases.





Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 7+ years of experience in frontend development.
- Solid hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
- Strong knowledge of Redux/Redux Toolkit, React Hooks, REST APIs, and component-based architecture.
- Experience leading/mentoring development teams and conducting code reviews.
- Valuable understanding of responsive design, performance, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Exposure to CI/CD, cloud, micro-frontends, or frontend testing is an advantage.
