Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Delivery Manager with a strong technical background in Digital Product Engineering, Cloud Technologies, and Platform Engineering to lead strategic customer engagements and drive business growth. The role requires ownership of end-to-end delivery, customer relationship management, account mining, resource fulfillment, capability development, and governance of delivery programs.

The ideal candidate should possess a blend of technical expertise, delivery leadership, customer-facing skills, business acumen, and organizational capability building to drive account expansion and long-term customer success. Modern engineering programs increasingly combine mobile, cloud, platform engineering, DevOps, and AI-enabled digital transformation capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Account Growth

•Serve as the primary customer-facing leader for strategic accounts and build trusted relationships with engineering, product, and business stakeholders.

•Drive account growth through proactive opportunity identification, account mining, cross-selling, and upselling of Digital Engineering and Cloud services.

•Collaborate with sales, solutioning, and practice teams to develop proposals, business cases, RFP responses, and transformation roadmaps.

•Conduct regular customer governance reviews, executive steering meetings, and business planning sessions.

•Identify opportunities for program expansion, project-to-program conversion, managed services, and long-term strategic partnerships. Structured account growth, chance mining, governance, and customer engagement are identified as key delivery leadership expectations.

Delivery Leadership & Governance

•Own end-to-end delivery of Digital Engineering, Cloud, and Platform Engineering programs.





•Ensure delivery excellence through solid governance, risk management, milestone tracking, quality assurance, and financial management.

•Drive predictable execution with focus on schedule adherence, productivity, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

•Establish review mechanisms, KPIs, executive dashboards, escalation management, and continuous improvement plans.

•Lead distributed global teams comprising Architects, Technical Leads, Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and Cloud Specialists. Strong governance, delivery accountability, quality management, and customer reporting are expected responsibilities for delivery leadership roles.

Technical Leadership – Digital & Cloud Engineering

•Provide technical leadership across:

oMobile/Web Product Development oCloud-Native Application Development oPlatform Engineering oDevOps & CI/CD oAPI Integration oDigital Transformation Programs

•Guide architecture reviews, technical decisions, engineering best practices, and modernization initiatives.

•Partner with customers to define technology roadmaps and innovation strategies.

•Support adoption of AI, automation, cloud-native architectures, and platform modernization initiatives. cloud engineering, API integration, platform engineering, DevOps, and digital transformation capabilities are key growth areas within engineering portfolios.

Fulfillment & Talent Management

•Drive demand fulfillment and staffing strategies to support customer commitments.

•Work closely with recruitment and competency teams to ensure timely onboarding of niche skills.





•Forecast resource demand and build proactive hiring pipelines aligned with account growth plans.

•Ensure optimal workforce utilization and succession planning.

•Establish delivery-ready teams with the right blend of technical and domain expertise.

Capability Building & Future Skills Development

•Build bottom-up engineering capabilities aligned with upcoming market and customer demands.

•Develop competency roadmaps across:

oCloud Engineering (AWS, Azure, GCP)

oDevOps & SRE oAI/GenAI oData Engineering oPlatform Engineering

•Mentor technical leads and groom future delivery leaders.

•Drive certifications, learning initiatives, hackathons, Centers of Excellence, reusable assets, and accelerators.

•Promote continuous learning and cross-skilling programs to improve organizational readiness. Cross-skilling in Cloud, AI, Data, Platforms, capability transformation, and Center of Excellence development are identified as strategic priorities for future growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Expertise

•Strong hands-on experience in Android Application and Platform Engineering.

•Experience in:

oApplication Development , Sustenance and Migration oREST APIs oMobile Security oCI/CD Pipelines

•Solid understanding of Cloud technologies:

oAWS oAzure oGCP oKubernetes oDocker oTerraform oDevOps & SRE Practices Android engineering expertise spanning architecture patterns, production-grade application development, and cloud ecosystems is commonly required in digital engineering programs.
