Role Summary
We are looking for a Collection Executive to handle overdue payments for Car Loan, Commercial Vehicle and Tractor Loan products.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle field collections for 90+ Bucket & NPA cases
- Visit customers at residence / workplace for overdue payment recovery
- Ensure timely collection and reduction of delinquency
- Negotiate and convince customers for payment
- Handle legal repossession coordination if required
- Maintain daily collection report and update in system
- Ensure compliance with company collection policy
